Cookie Policy

Which browser technologies eaglis.ru currently uses and how this policy will change if analytics is enabled.

Version 1.0. Prepared on 20 August 2026 and effective from the date of publication on the website.

Language note. This English-language version is provided for convenience and mirrors the Russian-language document. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian-language version published at /ru/cookies prevails.

1. General provisions

This Policy explains the use of cookies and similar browser technologies on eaglis.ru. It applies together with the Personal Data Processing Policy.

The website Operator is Individual Entrepreneur Anna Arefovna Evstratova, Tax ID (INN) 616810901920, Primary State Registration No. (OGRNIP) 325619600176478. Questions may be sent to contact@eaglis.ru.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website or connected service may store in the user's browser. Similar technologies include, for example, localStorage and sessionStorage, which can store technical settings or state on the user's device.

3. Current state of the website

As of the date of this version, Yandex Metrica and other behavioural or advertising analytics systems are not enabled on the production website. The website does not load Metrica code, pixels or analytics identifiers and does not ask users to grant advance permission for future analytics.

A separate interface for managing analytics cookies is also not currently used because analytics functionality has not yet been launched. If new browser storage or third-party technologies are introduced in production, this Policy will be updated before they are enabled.

4. Strictly necessary technologies

Technical mechanisms required to perform a function explicitly requested by the user, ensure website security or retain a necessary setting may be used without advertising or analytics purposes. Their actual composition is reviewed whenever a material change is made to the production website.

At the current stage, the website does not use browser storage to save analytics permission because analytics itself is not available.

5. Future launch of analytics

If Yandex Metrica or another analytics service is enabled on the website, this will be a separate production change. Before launch, the actual cookies and other storage technologies, provider, purposes, retention periods and categories of technical data transferred will be determined, after which a new version of this Policy will be published.

Analytics must not load before the user makes an explicit choice for the current version of the terms. Refusing analytics must not restrict access to the website's main content or the use of functions that do not depend on analytics.

6. Managing browser data

Users can view, block and delete cookies and site data using their browser settings. Deleting technical settings may cause the website to ask the user to choose the relevant setting again once such functionality becomes available.

7. Contact form and cookies

Consent to personal data processing for the future contact form is not consent to analytics. These choices are not combined in one checkbox and are governed separately.

The terms for processing contact-form data are published in the Consent to Personal Data Processing.

8. Changes to this Policy

This Policy is updated when analytics is enabled or when the provider, categories of cookies and browser storage, purposes, retention periods or user-choice logic change. A new version takes effect from the date of publication unless it states otherwise.
