Discuss a project

Marketing and AI that work in the real world.

About me

I am Anna Evstratova — a marketer, digital expert and university lecturer.

I have worked in digital marketing since 2003, moving from sales and commercial leadership to digital platforms, nationwide campaigns and educational programmes.

My experience includes more than 200 projects for international brands, technology companies, public and educational organisations and local businesses.

Professional path

I entered digital with more responsibility than confidence — and stayed for more than twenty years

My first professional leap began with a recommendation from someone whose trust I did not want to let down.

My digital career began at WhiteSite in 2003. I joined through a recommendation, but with no promise of protection or special treatment. I had been recommended as a salesperson and was expected to prove that I could do the job.

At first I knew almost nothing about the web, so I learned quickly and intensely. Within three months I became a senior salesperson, then led the sales department and later the commercial department.

Over three years I sold more than one hundred projects. By the time I left WhiteSite, I was head of the commercial department and a member of the Runet Awards expert council.

That beginning still describes how I work: understand the unfamiliar, take responsibility and turn complexity into something people can use.

Brands and organisations

From early websites to nationwide campaigns, loyalty programmes and digital platforms

I have led digital and communications projects directly and within agency teams: shaping concepts and briefs, presenting ideas, organising production, selecting specialists and overseeing delivery.

I include a project in my public portfolio only when I can describe my own role accurately. If I was responsible for one part of a larger campaign, I do not claim the whole project.

Professional focus

Marketing and AI that do not exist separately from real work

I am interested in how teams make decisions, explain complex ideas, work with attention and data, and introduce new tools without chaos or magical thinking.

  1. Marketing and digital communications

  2. AI in marketing, sales, content and analytics

  3. Educational programmes and learning design

  4. Content strategy and expert positioning

  5. Marketing communications analytics

  6. Classes, workshops, corporate training and speaking

What I do

Consulting, learning design, AI integration and content systems

The useful question is not how impressive a solution sounds, but what it changes, why it is needed, who will use it and how it will work in practice.

01

Consulting

I help teams see the structure of a marketing or communications challenge, set priorities and define practical next steps.

02

Learning design

I design programmes, modules, practical assignments and assessment logic — from the original brief to a result that can be evaluated.

03

AI integration

I identify useful scenarios for real team processes and help build quality checks without magical thinking or one-button promises.

04

Content systems

I work with positioning, content, editorial logic and analytics so that separate activities form one clear and usable system.

Teaching and educational practice

Learning should leave people with a clearer picture of what to do next

I teach at the Business School of Marketing and Entrepreneurship at Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and design programmes, modules, practical assignments and assessment logic.

Participants should not simply hear about a subject. They should be able to connect it to their own work, test the tools, ask difficult questions and leave with a more useful structure for action.

Training and speaking

Working with AI

Not a magic button, but a set of tools that must fit real processes

AI can strengthen marketing, sales, analytics, content and learning when a team understands the task, the limitations and the way the result will be checked.

I help teams decide where AI is genuinely useful, which scenarios suit their work and how to preserve human meaning in communication.

What matters

  • Do not promise universal success from AI
  • Explain the limitations of the tools
  • Connect technology to the team’s real work
  • Preserve editorial, educational and managerial judgement
  • Check the result instead of trusting a polished form

How I work

Context and purpose first. Tools come afterwards.

I begin with the audience, constraints, previous attempts and the result that is actually needed — not with a fashionable format.

  1. Meaning and purpose first; format and tools second

  2. Less noise, more clarity

  3. Strategy should lead to action

  4. Learning should be practical and methodically sound

  5. Communication should be confident without becoming aggressive

  6. Analytics should support decisions, not decorate reports

Who I work with

Teams and projects that want to understand the challenge, not simply decorate it

The aim is not merely to make something attractive, introduce a fashionable tool or deliver a session for the report. It is to build a solution that can be used.

  • Businesses and project teams
  • Educational projects
  • Universities and learning organisations
  • Corporate universities and learning teams
  • Conference, event and professional programme organisers
  • Experts and project authors
  • Professional communities

Communication principle

Complex ideas can be explained in human language

Good communication can be intelligent, precise, warm and alive at the same time. It does not have to shout, press on pain points or promise instant success.

  • Clarity instead of overload
  • Precision instead of vague promises
  • Calm confidence instead of aggressive selling
  • A human voice instead of artificial familiarity
  • Respect for the audience and its context

Start a conversation

We can begin with the challenge and context, then choose the right format

We can discuss consulting, an educational programme, a workshop, speaking or support with marketing, AI, content, digital communications and analytics.
