Version: en-contact-consent-2026-08-v1.
This consent is used when the production contact form is submitted with a separate mandatory checkbox that is empty by default.
Language note. This English-language version is provided for convenience and mirrors the Russian-language document. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian-language version published at /ru/consent prevails.
1. Giving consent
By selecting a separate checkbox in the contact form and submitting a message, the user freely, voluntarily and in their own interest gives Individual Entrepreneur Anna Arefovna Evstratova consent to process personal data under the terms of this document.
- Individual Entrepreneur Anna Arefovna Evstratova
- Tax ID (INN): 616810901920
- Primary State Registration No. (OGRNIP): 325619600176478
- Website: eaglis.ru
- Email for personal data matters: contact@eaglis.ru
This consent applies only to data transmitted and created when an enquiry is submitted through the contact form. It is not consent to advertising mailings, analytics, publication of data or dissemination of data to an unrestricted group of persons.
2. Purposes of processing
- receiving and reviewing the enquiry;
- understanding the user's question or task;
- preparing and sending a reply;
- discussing a possible project, consultation, training or other interaction;
- taking actions at the user's request before a possible contract is entered into;
- recording the fact and terms of the consent given;
- identifying the enquiry and observing the applicable processing and retention period.
3. Categories of personal data
Data entered by the user:
- name;
- email address;
- message text.
Service information created by the system:
- the fact that consent was given;
- the consent version identifier;
- the date and time when consent was given and the enquiry was submitted;
- the language and route of the form;
- the service ID of the enquiry.
To protect the form against automated abuse, the server also briefly processes the technical source of the request for rate limiting. The original IP address is not included in the delivered enquiry email and is not stored by the form as a separate record.
The form is not intended for passport details, payment information, medical or biometric data, other sensitive or excessive data, files or attachments. Users should not include such information in the free-text field unless objectively necessary.
4. Operations with personal data and infrastructure
The Operator may collect, record, organise, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use for the stated purposes, block, delete and destroy personal data using automated means and as part of mixed processing.
The contact form is processed by the production server in the Russian Federation and delivers the complete enquiry to the domain mailbox contact@eaglis.ru within Beget infrastructure. The current form version does not use a separate enquiry database; the enquiry is stored as an email in this mailbox. Automatic forwarding of the complete enquiry to Yandex, Gmail or another external mailbox is not used.
The complete enquiry is not used as test data in GitHub, Vercel Preview or development tools. Vercel Preview uses only a non-sending form prototype.
5. Duration of consent
Consent is valid from the moment the checkbox is selected and the form is submitted until the earliest of the following events:
- the processing purposes are achieved;
- the applicable retention period expires;
- consent is withdrawn;
- processing ends on another basis provided for by law.
If the interaction moves to a pre-contractual, contractual, payment or accounting stage, further processing of the relevant data may be carried out on other lawful grounds and for the periods provided for by law, contract and the Personal Data Processing Policy.
6. Withdrawal of consent
The user may withdraw consent by writing to contact@eaglis.ru. To locate the enquiry, it is helpful to provide the email address used in the form, the approximate submission date and the service ID of the enquiry, if known.
After receiving the withdrawal, the Operator stops processing and deletes or destroys the data in the cases and within the periods provided for by law, unless there is another lawful basis for continuing the processing.
7. How consent is confirmed
Consent is given only when both of the following actions are completed:
- the user independently selects a separate checkbox that is empty by default;
- the user submits the completed form.
The form is not submitted without the checkbox being selected. Silence, inactivity, continued browsing of the website or a pre-selected checkbox do not constitute consent.
